Eddie Lincer's two free throws with :02 left were the difference as the Falcons (4-3) reach the Tier 2 title game. Lincer finished with 14 points and Jack Rosow scored 15 for Flatbush. Doni Miretzky scored 22 points for The Yeshiva (1-2).
