Samuel Taieb scored 18 points, Daniel Abbo added 15 and Alan Berkman had 10 and the Lions outscored the Rams 34-12 in the second half to win the Tier 2 title. Josh Schultz paced Posnack with 18 points and Aviv Perl added 15.

A nip-and-tuck battle in the first half turned into a rout as the Warriors (9-0) outscored the Stars (3-1) 26-10 in the third quarter on their way to a second straight tournament title.
Albert Nsiri led Magen David with 22 points and Elliot Dweck and Eli Nachmias each added 12.
The Stars’ scoring trio of Jackie Haber and brothers Eddie and Freddie Swaid had combined to average 61 points per game heading into the final but managed a total of six against the Warriors. Freddy Louz led Shaare Torah with 13 points and Ezra Beyda had 10.
YESHIVA LEAGUE
Heschel 65 Waterbury Yeshiva 38
Ricky Sutton scored 21 points and Netanel Shapira added 14 as the Heat (2-1) won their league opener. The Wolfpack cut a 14-point halftime deficit to 9 at the end of the third quarter but Heschel discovered their fast break and outscored them 27-9 in the fourth. Tavi Winter and Shimmy David each scored 9 points for Waterbury (1-2).
